The Open Door Health Services pharmacy provides affordable medications and personalized pharmacy service within the downtown Muncie health center (333 S. Madison St.). The Open Door pharmacy is available to established Open Door patients. It accepts most private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. Sliding fee discounts are available for those who are uninsured or underinsured based on household size and income. Ask about other programs that may help you save money on prescriptions.

Need to switch your current prescriptions to the Open Door Pharmacy? Call the Open Door Pharmacy at (765) 231-4437 and let them know you’d like to transfer your existing prescriptions and which pharmacy you have been using. Prescription transfers usually take 3-5 days.
