As a community health center, Open Door Health Services is committed to expert healthcare for everyone. 

  • Care is provided regardless of insurance coverage

  • We do not turn away patients for inability to pay

For patients with health coverage, we accept the following:

  • Commercial/employer-provided insurance

  • Medicaid

  • Medicare

Sliding fee discounts

Sliding fee discounts are available for uninsured and underinsured patients. Your income and household size will determine the discount you receive. The discounts are applied to the cost of your visit and most on-site lab services.

  • Payment plans are available, starting as low as $10 per month. To set up a payment plan, call (765) 286-7000 and select the billing option, or stop by the front desk at any Open Door location. 

  • Open Door will provide cost estimates for non-emergency medical services. Estimates will be provided within five (5) business days. Call 765-286-7000 ext. 4188 or email estimate@opendoorhs.org to request an estimate.
