Open Door Pharmacy achieves accreditation with ACHC
Open Door Health Services proudly announces it has achieved accreditation through Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) for pharmacy services.
Accreditation is a process through which healthcare organizations demonstrate compliance with national standards. Accreditation by ACHC reflects an organization’s dedication and commitment to meeting standards that facilitate a higher level of performance and patient care.
The Open Door Health Services pharmacy provides affordable medications and personalized pharmacy service within the downtown Muncie health center (333 S. Madison St.). It accepts most private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. Sliding fee discounts are available for those who are uninsured or underinsured based on household size and income. The Open Door Pharmacy is open Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
