Shelly Hayes, FNP
ADULT & FAMILY CARE
Shelly earned her nursing degree from Indiana University in Kokomo and her master’s degree and nurse practitioner credentials from the University of St. Francis. She is certified in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorders. Shelly discovered her interest in health care while caring for one of her own grandparents. Nursing continues to provide her with an outlet to help people.
