April Reed, PhD

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Dr. Reed started her healthcare career in cancer research at the IU School of Medicine. She returned to school and earned her Ph.D. in psychology at Ball State University. Her areas of counseling focus are children, youth, and young adults with behavior issues, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and other mental health issues. She provides caregivers with parenting support and consults on 504 plans and individual education plans (IEPs). Her approach affirms neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+.  

In her free time, you might find Dr. Reed at the library, enjoying a good cup of coffee, or getting ready to travel someplace new. She also loves making her home a comfortable and welcoming place for family and friends.
