Open Door Health Services provides behavioral health services in an effort to ensure that the entire person is being served. Services are provided by nurse practitioners and licensed clinical social workers. Patients are referred to these providers by medical providers once it has been established that the patient would benefit from behavioral health services, whether that be for just one session or multiple sessions.

Some of the behavioral health conditions that the behavioral health providers see patients for include:

  • Depression/Grief
  • Anxiety/Stress
  • Sleeping difficulties
  • Substance abuse
  • Domestic abuse
  • Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Tension/Migraine headaches
  • Fatigue/Chronic pain
  • Pregnancy/Postpartum emotional issues
  • Parenting and behavioral problems in kids
