This position will perform a variety of patient care activities to provide clinical support and assistance to the nurse practitioner. Assists in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management.

 Other positions currently available: 

This position will assist in coordination of the enrollment and outreach programs. Assist in coordination of all activities and enrollments for Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan, Medicare Part D, SNAP, TANF, Medicaid Disability Assistance Program and federal/state marketplace exchange applications. Maintain that all clients receive information about possible assistance programs that can optimize billing for the health center. Assist in planning and organizing patient and community outreach activities and coordinate implementation of such activities. 

This position will perform a variety of patient care activities to
provide clinical support and assistance to physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical staff.
Assists in the delivery of pediatric primary health care and patient care management. 

This position greets patients/guests and oversees the flow of patient traffic
in the waiting room areas. Must work closely with all departments to ensure flow and
accuracy of information meets their needs.
