Open Door Health Services is a one stop shop, community health center providing primary care for adults and children, dental, family planning, WIC, and behavioral health services. Our main location is in the heart of downtown Muncie, with satellite sites located throughout East Central Indiana.
Muncie is located approximately 60 miles northeast of Indianapolis, home to the NFL Colts and NBA Pacers, as well as the Indianapolis 500. Muncie offers excellent public and private school systems, Ball State University, the Cardinal Greenway, and a flourishing art community.
