Open Door now provides behavioral health services in an effort to ensure that the entire person is being served.
Currently, behavioral health services are only provided for adult patients, but Open Door plans to expand services to pediatric patients soon.
Behavioral Health services are provided at 333 S. Madison St., Muncie.
