The best way to wash your hands is with soap and water. First, wet your hands with water and then apply soap. Rub hands together for at least twenty seconds. Remember, to scrub between your fingernails, fingers, and wrists. Lastly, rinse your hands well and dry with a disposable towel.
By following these recommendations, you can help stop the spread of germs! Have your family start following the principles of hand washing today and protect your health.
