Open Door Health Services will be closed November 24 through November 30 in order to move to our new facility at 333 S. Madison St. in Muncie. All Muncie sites will be closed during this time, except for Southway Urgent Care, which will only be closed November 24 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
All sites will reopen on December 1. Adult health, pediatrics, women's health, prenatal, dental, and WIC will then be located at 333 S. Madison St. while the Munice Family Planning site will be located at 905 S. Walnut St.
During the move, the ODHS phone and computer system will also be down intermittently. Unfortunately, this includes the ability to leave messages. We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause.
All of the staff at Open Door Health Services wishes you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving and look forward to provide even better service in our new locations in December.
