This position will perform a variety of patient care activities to provide clinical support and assistance to the nurse practitioner. Assists in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management.

Greets patients/guests and oversees the flow of patient traffic in the waiting room areas. Must work closely with staff members to ensure flow and accuracy of information meets their needs.

Under direction of the Medical Director plans, organizes,
and implements behavioral health services to patients and families. (full-time)

Files appropriate billing forms for private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare, collects fees that are due, and maintains appropriate records of such transactions. Translates descriptions of medical diagnoses and procedures into codes which record health care data. Works closesly with medical staff who are responsible for recording the information required for coding within the patient’s medical record. 

Acts as part of management team to determine financial objectives, develops annual budget, develops financial reports, analyzes and reports variances, develops/monitors internal control mechanisms, establishes billing procedures, develops computer protocols for Finance Department, organizes and maintains financial accounting system. 

This full- or part-time position is responsible for overall medical services for the health center, including all providers and all clinical staff.

This full- or part-time position provides support and coaching of positive, healthy behaviors to women enrolled in the WeCare Indiana Program.  These healthy behaviors include smoking and alcohol cessation, appropriate weight gain and nutrition, improved mental health, breastfeeding and safe sleep practices for babies.  

This full- or part-time position provides professional dental hygiene care for patients following established standards, practices, and protocols.

This full-time position leads and coordinates daily operations in a variety of patient care activities to ensure clinical support and assistance to dentists, hygienists, and dental staff.  This position also assists in the delivery of dental care and patient care management.

Provides primary care to patients acting as physician extender in the clinic following established standards, practices, and protocols.

In collaboration with an obstetrician, provides primary obstetrical/gynecological healthcare, including prenatal care, postpartum care, gynecological care and family planning within the scope of training and in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocol.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations for Open Door Health Services’ comprehensive care sites.  Serves as the leader for guest relations for the organization.  Ensures excellent service by making sure operations promote cross functional team activities and operations through the organization.
