This position will perform a variety of patient care activities to provide clinical support and assistance to the nurse practitioner. Assists in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management.

Greets patients/guests and oversees the flow of patient traffic in the waiting room areas. Must work closely with staff members to ensure flow and accuracy of information meets their needs.

Under direction of the Medical Director plans, organizes,
and implements behavioral health services to patients and families. (full-time)

This full- or part-time position is responsible for overall medical services for the health center, including all providers and all clinical staff.

Assists the CFO in all aspects of managing the financial operations of the health center.

Performs a wide range of administrative and executive support for CEO and other executive staff.  Responsibilities may include making travel arrangements, participation in special projects, coordinating and scheduling meetings.

Provides primary care to patients, acting as a physician in the clinic following established standards, practices, and protocols.

Provides clinical support and assistance to the provider. Assists in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management.  Provides accurate and effective interpretation of procedures and other interactions for non-English speaking patients, their families, and staff (in person or on the telephone).

Performs a variety of patient care activities to provide clinical support, teamwork and assistance to physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical staff.  Will assist in the delivery of family medicine, obstetrics and pediatrics, including patient care management.

Assists in coordination of the enrollment and outreach programs.  Assists in coordination of all activities and enrollments for Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan, Medicare Part D, SNAP, TANF, Medicaid Disability Assistance Program and federal/state marketplace exchange applications.  Maintain that all clients receive information about possible assistance programs that can optimize billing for the health center.  Assists in planning and organizing patient and community outreach activities and coordinate implementation of such activities.

Provides primary care to patients acting as physician extender in the urgent care clinic following established standards, practices, and protocols.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations for Open Door Health Services’ comprehensive care sites.  Serves as the leader for guest relations for the organization.  Ensures excellent service by making sure operations promote cross functional team activities and operations through the organization.

Provides pediatric care to children by acting as a physician in the clinic, following established standards, practices, and protocols. 

Under the direction of the supervising psychologist, plans organizes, and implements behavioral health services to patients and families.

This position is responsible for the timely and successful submission of government and commercial insurance enrollment paperwork for all ODHS providers and the research and resolution of billing vendor holds from insurance carriers.

This position assists with all phases of employee wellness, the wellness committee, day to day operations, general office work, and other related projects.
